You can review and change / delete your items when viewing your shopping cart. Once payment has been confirmed you will receive an order and payment confirmation email which also shows the details of your items purchased. Delivery lead times are stated within the relevent product areas of the website. Goods are usually delivered by our own transport directly to your door. Third party carriers may be used from time to time if necessary.

Delivery is Free to UK mainland addresses for orders exceeding £500
Estimated delivery times are stated within the website. You may specify a separate delivery address when you are ordering. Although we do everything to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition, if you do discover a problem with your purchases please contact us at customerservices@accentua-furnishings.com or call us on 0121-321 3600 within 7 days of your delivery date with details of the fault in full. A representative will contact you within 48hrs in order to help resolve any problem.

Item must be returned in salable condition within 7 days of purchase in original packaging. Damage or worn items cannot be exchanged. Refunds are given on the understanding that both the purchase item and postage and packaging cost will be refunded in full, but not the cost of returning the item to Accentua Furnishings. Refund payments will be made only directly to the card used to purchase the items. Please refer to our Returns Policy within our standard terms and conditions.

If you find any of our products being sold at lower prices, and they are available we will guarantee to match the price. Please remember that on most items we provide Free Delivery. Our price promise is guaranteed for 7 days after you have placed your order with us. In the event that you have already made payment we will honor our price promise by refunding your credit card the difference. Before matching a price we will need to confirm the price and availability of the item with the reseller. Provided the item is identical, brand new and in stock, we will match the price.
Warranty
What is Covered?
This 3-year limited warranty for residential installation covers all defects in workmanship or materials of the Skyline Design product. A separate 1 year warranty applies to our fabrics/cushions.
How long does the warranty last?
This warranty remains in force for three years from the date of purchase. Any indication of abnormal or abusive use of the furniture will void this warranty. Skyline Design warranty does not cover freeze damage within the frames. It is very important you do NOT store your furniture upside down as it will allow water into the frames.
What will we do to correct problems?
Skyline Design will repair or, at our option, replace any part of the product or the entire product if it is defective in material or workmanship. Repair or replacement will be made at no cost to you. Skyline Design will pay the freight to and from the factory during the first three years of ownership. We may require inspection by a warehouse or dealer representative prior to any repairs or replacement.
How do I get service?
Contact your authorized Skyline Design dealer. The dealer will identify or verify the problem and notify Skyline Design. Supply your authorized Skyline Design dealer with dated proof of purchase, as well as the model number, finish, and model number of your all weather wicker and aluminum frame furniture. Pictures may also be needed to help the Skyline Design quality control department determine problem areas. If your dealer is no longer in business, Please contact us directly and we will service the problem.Just Email us providing your your postal address, and the fabric samples you require.
